Robert Peterson is an instructor, moderator, and skilled Fixed Operations consultant for NCM. He is responsible for helping dealers increase Fixed Operations gross and net profits through education, implementation, and measurement of structure and process enhancements.

Robert is dedicated to helping dealers achieve stronger ion profits as the business climate continues to change.

He began his career in his mid-teens, holding positions in Parts, Service, and as a Corporate Fixed Director. In 2004, he transitioned from retail into wholesales to better assist dealers in improving bottom line profits through process implementation and continuous improvement.

Robert holds bachelor's degrees in Business Management and Finance.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading, golfing, running, and enjoying the occasional cigar.
