Training Subscription Contract Terms: The annual training subscription is a contract with an initial twelve (12) month term. At the expiration of the initial term, this agreement will automatically renew for successive one (1) month periods unless a party provides the other parties with notice of its intent not to renew this agreement prior to the expiration of the then-current term. Your dealership will be notified at each auto renewal. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to No refund for prior payments will be given for early cancellation of the initial twelve (12) month term and an additional balance will become due for the remaining value of the term. The annual training subscription excludes the General Management Executive Program (GMEP).

Class Cancellation Policy: We request a 3-week notice, at a minimum, for any class cancellations. If, for some reason, you are unable to notify us within that time frame, you and the contact listed on the subscription will receive documentation of the first occurrence. Thereafter, for each additional occurrence for that subscription, you will be charged a $50/pp fee to the credit card on file for your subscription to cover the cost of the materials generated. Classes held outside of NCM headquarters will be subject to a $150/pp fee.
