Travel Solutions Manager

Nikki is the travel solutions manager and works with NCM Institute attendees and 20 Group clients. Nikki believes that the most important skill in the current job market today is customer service. Building long-lasting relationships with our clients is our top priority. After working in the travel industry for over 22 years, the one "gold standard" rule is to provide excellent customer service. Answer every call with a smile and go the extra mile for every client.

Nikki regularly attends travel trade shows along with participating in online training seminars. She holds a travel degree from the International Aviation and Travel Academy in Arlington, Texas. Nikki enjoys watching her two daughters play in competitive softball, so most weekends you can find her on a softball field or playing card games with her family.
