Jim Jensen
Director of Enterprise Sales
Jim Jensen serves as NCM Associates' Director of Enterprise Sales, where he leads efforts to support OEMs and large dealer groups. In this role, Jim is focused on building awareness and providing education around NCM’s current and emerging solutions—positioning the company as a strategic business partner and an essential contributor to client success.
With a passion for helping partners define and achieve their vision, Jim works collaboratively to assess current performance, identify roadblocks, and implement Guarantees of Action to move toward their ideal future state. He firmly believes NCM’s solutions align perfectly with the goals of any client committed to growth and performance.
Jim’s journey in the automotive world began wholesaling cars in high school. What started as a temporary opportunity turned into a lifelong career in automotive retail, eventually leading him to oversee operations for the largest dealer group in Central Wisconsin at the time. He was later recruited by Half-a-Car to train dealers on improving lease penetration and sales through customer-focused presentations. Just two months in, the company landed a training contract with Ford Motor Company to support dealer network performance in lead management and, eventually, digital marketing.
Jim’s success in launching and leading that initiative—along with his ability to manage large teams and collaborate with OEMs—ultimately brought him to NCM, where he’s returned to his core passion: helping individuals, dealers, and manufacturers succeed.
Jim studied Theology and Guitar Performance at Trinity Bible College in North Dakota. Though he describes himself as an “internationally unknown” guitarist, he continues to hone his craft and remains active in his biblical studies.
Outside of work, Jim is a devoted father and grandfather, cherishing time with his four children and ten grandchildren. He stays physically active through biking, hiking, and finding a gym wherever he travels. Jim shared 36 beautiful years with his wife, Kathy.
