Steve Hall has been with NCM since 2012 and has over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry. Steve is the Vice President overseeing all products and services in the US market. He is responsible for much of the NCM Institutes course curriculum and the success of our training division. 

Steve has held various management positions, including equity partner in two dealerships, and vice president of fixed operations for 19 stores. With a focus on the customer, Steve helps NCM clients maintain a world-class service culture to achieve goals such as CSI, customer retention, and profit attainment.
