Chelsea Stillwell is a Digital Operations Trainer at NCM Associates, specializing in dealership communication strategy and internet sales performance. She works directly with dealership leadership, sales teams, and BDC departments to improve lead engagement, appointment setting, and overall conversion outcomes. Chelsea delivers both in-dealership and virtual training, conducts performance reviews and mystery shops, and helps teams implement structured processes that drive measurable results.

Chelsea believes that strong communication and clear processes are the foundation of dealership success. She is passionate about helping teams simplify their approach, respond faster, and create better customer experiences that lead to more appointments and sales. She focuses on practical, real-world strategies that teams can apply immediately, with an emphasis on consistency, accountability, and results.

Chelsea brings 12 years of experience in digital marketing and automotive performance, working with dealerships nationwide to improve their online presence and sales processes. She has partnered with many of NCM’s top-performing clients, delivering training and coaching that produces measurable results and consistently strong feedback.

Chelsea studied marketing and business at The University of Findlay and has expanded her expertise through advanced digital training, including certification through the Facebook Blueprint program. She combines this foundation with hands-on experience in dealership operations, communication strategy, and performance coaching, while continuing to stay current with evolving industry trends and customer behavior.

Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys riding her horse, staying active with fitness and strength training, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family.
