Rick Wegley

Rick has deep roots in the automotive fixed operations field, having worked as a service and parts director and a fixed operations director for multiple dealer-group operations. Prior to joining NCM, this fixed ops specialist worked as an independent consultant. Rick’s consulting firm, founded in 2008, enjoyed contracts with major OEMs from domestic, European, and Asian brands. In this capacity, he provided dealerships on-site operational and financial assessments, identified opportunities for improvement, and helped dealers create business plans for process changes. Rick also trained dealership personnel and management staff to implement these process changes.
Rick brings his 30-year career to bear, spanning most aspects of the retail automotive service, parts, and body shop business, while educating other service professionals in the Institute's courses.
