Dave Romstedt

Dave Romstedt is a Fixed Operations instructor for NCM, responsible for training students in all aspects of automotive industry parts, service, and collision.

He believes people are the most valuable commodity that you can manage and is committed to equipping his students with the tools, training and respect they need to thrive, ensuring long-term career growth and peak performance.

Dave began his career in the parts department of a small Ford dealership in 1976, and moved to a larger dealership in 1979, staying there until 2025, when he retired after working his way up to Fixed Operations Director for the last 25 years.

Dave holds many Ford Motor Company certifications, including Parts Manager, Service Manager, Commercial Service Manager, and Fixed Operations Director. He has also certified in inventory control with ADMI.

Outside of work, Dave enjoys cooking, spending time with his family, including four dogs, and tinkering on his antique cars. He is also an avid modeler, building model cars, planes, and ships.
