Brandon Roy is an Instructor at NCM Associates, responsible for delivering Fixed Operations training in Canada and for expanding and developing a new line of collision training classes and materials. 

Brandon believes that the development and teambuilding of people and groups are among the most important fundamentals in business today. His dedication to serving others and continuous learning is reflected not only in his leadership style but also in his commitment to sharing knowledge with anyone eager to learn.

Brandon’s journey in the automotive industry began at a young age, working alongside his father in the family collision centers. From humble beginnings, sweeping floors and buffing vehicles, he progressed to facilitating national performance groups and now focuses on business and people development. As the General Leader of the MSO – CARSTAR Halifax Group, he quickly turned the business around with his supportive leadership style and high-energy approach. Brandon is committed to expanding his knowledge and continuously working on growing the next leaders in the industry.

Brandon holds a Red Seal technician license, has been an I-CAR instructor for 25 years, and has spent nearly a decade in North America as an automotive consultant.

In his spare time, Brandon likes to train police dogs and fly planes.
