Bob Clark is an NCM Senior Consultant - Human Capital, trainer, and executive coach.  Bob is the lead Subject Matter Expert (SME) for NCM's leadership and people content development.  He believes people are a company's most valuable asset.  His strategic approach focuses on unlocking the full potential of leaders, teams, and organizations.

Bob began his career in the United States Air Force.  After transitioning to the private sector, he held positions of increased responsibility with start-ups, non-profit, and Fortune 500 organizations in regional, national, and executive positions. He has almost two decades of automotive experience with some of the nation’s largest automotive retailers.  Bob’s career reflects a consistent trajectory of leadership excellence, people development, and a profound commitment to driving organizational success across diverse industries.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Air Force Academy and is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD), ATD Master Trainer and C360 Coach.  He has received several national awards including ATD’s inaugural Talent Development Outstanding Professional Award in 2022 and Training Magazine’s Top 5 Emerging Training Leaders in 2022. Outside of work, Bob enjoys cruising, college football, performing arts, health and nutrition, volunteering at his church, spending time with family and friends, and babysitting his grandson.
