Andrea Dalton is a Digital Operations Trainer and Consultant who works in assisting, supporting, and training for all things digital in automotive, powersports, marine, and RV operations as well as customizing proven digital tactics for client needs.

Andrea is passionate about helping dealerships create seamless, customer-focused digital operations that drive both efficiency and profitability. She believes in the power of well-trained teams, strong processes, and technology to enhance the customer experience. Her goal is to equip teams with the knowledge and strategies they need to build lasting customer relationships and succeed in an ever-evolving industry.

With over a decade in the automotive industry, Andrea has had the opportunity to work across various roles, including BDC leadership, digital operations, sales management, and finance. Her journey began in a high-volume dealership in East Tennessee, where she trained under industry expert David Kain. This experience gave her firsthand insight into the strategies that drive dealership success.

One of her most rewarding experiences was leading a team to achieve record-setting conversions by implementing optimized processes and accountability structures. Now, as a Digital Operations Trainer at NCM,

Andrea leverages that expertise to help dealers refine their digital strategies, improve team performance, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Andrea studied Integrated Marketing Communications at East Tennessee State University, where she developed a strong foundation in consumer behavior, digital marketing, and brand strategy. Her automotive career began during that same time, and she had the privilege of training under industry leaders like David Kain.

In addition to her hands-on dealership experience, Andrea has completed extensive training in digital operations, sales processes, and leadership development. Her focus has always been on continuous learning, ensuring that she stays ahead of industry trends and advancements to better support the dealers she works with.

Outside of work, Andrea loves spending time with her son, Mason, who keeps her busy with his passion for soccer. Whether she's cheering from the sidelines or practicing drills, it’s always an adventure! She also have a deep love for travel, whether it's relaxing by the lake, exploring the mountains, or discovering new destinations. Growing up in Pittsburgh, Andrea is a huge fan of her hometown teams, and never passes up a chance to catch a game. If there’s an opportunity for an outdoor adventure or a great travel experience, she's all in!
