Charles is a senior application developer who works with the IT software development team at NCM. Charles believes that when it comes to UI design, users are not always logical, at least not on the surface. To be a great UI developer you need to look a little deeper into how people think and act.

Charles has received the president’s award for volunteer service and has been honored for completion of over 4,000 hours of community and volunteer service. He holds a degree in computer science with two minors, religion and biology, from Wichita State University. Charles enjoys programming for fun, building robots, and being a great dad to his son.
