Tony Orlando is NCM’s Retail Solutions Consultant, responsible for partnering with OEM and dealer clients to leverage their data to challenge the status quo, identify improvement opportunities, and implement processes that leverage NCM benchmarks and accountability management principles to exceed performance goals.
He believes that success comes from helping others achieve their goals. By guiding clients to interpret and act on their data, he demonstrates what best-in-class performance looks like. With experience working alongside thousands of automotive leaders, he develops tailored improvement plans that deliver lasting results across people, processes, products, promotions, and pay plans for our clients and members.
Tony learned the automotive business from some of the industry’s most accomplished retailers and has spent over 25 years refining his craft. He brings a unique combination of perspective, enthusiasm, and hands-on experience to every conversation. Throughout his career, he has held roles across dealerships, manufacturers, and technology companies, giving him the ability to quickly analyze and transform complex data into actionable strategies that drive revenue growth and reduce costs. With experience spanning both fixed and variable operations—and having served at organizations such as J.D. Power, TrueCar, Blink EV Charging, and iA Financial Group—Tony can help your business succeed in all market conditions.
Tony holds more than 50 professional automotive certifications from leading organizations, including DaimlerChrysler, Kia Motors America, J.D. Power, Dale Carnegie, T.U.S.K F&I School and Dealer Tire. Recognized for his consistent excellence, he has earned multiple awards for top sales performance and customer satisfaction, including induction into J.D. Power’s prestigious President’s Club.
Outside of work, Tony enjoys public address announcing for high school sports, traveling and spending time with friends and family.
