Shaun "NIFF" Kniffin is a Retail Solutions Moderator and Consultant. Shaun is excited about the challenges and opportunities ahead and feels honored to be a part of the journey with David. After spending 19 years with the Germain organization, Shaun is grateful for the experience and growth that came with it. Now, he is thrilled to join the NCM team, where he has found an incredibly welcoming and inspiring environment.

For over 15 years, Shaun has been involved with NCM 20 Groups, starting with 20i9 in 2009, and later launching 20m2 and 20m3 alongside David Kain. His deep ties to the automotive community have fostered many collaborative efforts over the years, and he is eager to continue making a positive impact in the industry.

Shaun holds an Associate's degree in Business Management, which he earned while balancing work and studies over an 8-year period.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Shaun enjoys cycling, golf, bourbon, and spending time with his family.
