PJ brings thirty-six years of automotive industry experience to the NCM Team. Having worked for both General Motors Corporation and American Honda Motor Co., Inc., PJ worked directly with auto dealers in various capacities helping them become more profitable and successful business owners. His favorite position was Zone Manager Process Improvement and Business Development, where he became intimately involved in dealership operations and assisted dealerships in identifying and resolving business problems. PJ was instrumental in helping dealers develop, train, and implement customer retention processes using retention tools for both variable and fixed operations.
As a new team member at NCM Associates, he intends to use his experiences and skill set to help dealerships analyze and create solutions to increase revenue, decrease expenses, and improve dealership efficiency.
