Moderator Team Manager

Nga Tran is the Moderator Team Manager at NCM Associates, where she plays a key role in maintaining consistent, high-quality 20 Group services. She is responsible for creating and implementing facilitation best practices for her team, ensuring that meetings are engaging and drive client retention. Nga manages a team of moderators, oversees processes, and utilizes resources to meet production and quality goals. 

A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and a minor in Management Information Systems, Nga brings more than 20 years of experience in the automotive retail industry, including roles as a finance director and sales manager. Her extensive background in automotive retail has honed her skills in improving processes, developing teams, and enhancing client satisfaction. 

Nga is deeply passionate about improving processes, team development, and client satisfaction. Her leadership style focuses on collaboration, continuous improvement, and leveraging data-driven insights to enhance performance.

Outside of work, Nga enjoys traveling, cooking, decorating, golfing, playing pickleball, and spending time with friends and family.
