Ian Daniels

Ian Daniels is a 20 Group Moderator and retail coach. Ian became a Moderator and consultant in 2012 after 30 years in retail automotive. 

Beginning his automotive experience as a technician in Toronto, Ontario, he worked his way through the ranks as a Service Advisor, Service Manager and Fixed Operations Manager to become General Manager of retail automotive stores. A process driven thinker, Ian has a passion for retail automotive, with a particular drive toward operational efficiency. 

“I believe in the 20 group process because I was a participant for many years before becoming a moderator. Everyone is good and something and nobody is great at everything. Listen to what the strong are saying, ask questions and implement. It sounds simple because it really is!”

An avid motorcyclist, Ian and his wife live in Quesnel, British Columbia.
