Bruce Bailey

Bruce Bailey is an NCM Moderator and Consultant who has dedicated over 32 years to the automotive industry, driven by a passion for helping dealerships grow and succeed. After earning a degree in Music from California State University, Long Beach, and spending time in his family's food business, a pivotal client conversation in 1993 led him to the car business.

Starting in sales, Bruce rose to the position of General Manager, gaining experience in every facet of dealership operations. In 2006, he joined the Cardone Group, where he helped manufacturers revive struggling Nissan, Infiniti, Chrysler, and Toyota dealerships—a deeply rewarding experience.

In 2017, Bruce returned to retail as Director of Sales, Recruiting, and Training for a large auto group in the Seattle/Puget Sound area. He significantly improved Customer Satisfaction scores and spearheaded the adoption of Digital Retail, which became the group’s fastest-growing revenue stream by 2024.

This extensive background prepared Bruce for his role at NCM in 2025 as a 20 Group Moderator—a position he has long desired. It perfectly aligns with his passion for helping auto groups solve challenges through collaboration and find new inspiration.

Outside of work, Bruce has been happily married for 30 years to his best friend and wife, a Delta Airlines flight attendant. Together, they enjoy traveling, skiing, hiking, and discovering great food. For Bruce, life is all about building lasting connections—whether in business or with the people he meets along the way.
