Andrew Burrow is an NCM Moderator responsible for driving profit and growth for dealerships across the United States.

With over 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, Andrew has developed a deep understanding of the variable side of dealership operations, having held positions ranging from car washer to General Manager and Executive Manager. His extensive experience provides him with a well-rounded perspective on the challenges and opportunities within the industry.

A graduate of Rice University, Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree in 1999 and later obtained certifications in finance, accounting, and general management leadership. His professional journey is guided by a passion for excellence, a servant-leadership philosophy, and a commitment to helping others achieve success through the resources and expertise NCM offers.

Before entering the automotive industry, Andrew was a standout collegiate athlete. He attended Rice University on a full track and field scholarship, becoming a five-time All-American and qualifying for the 1996 Olympic Trials. He later competed professionally before transitioning to a career in automotive retail.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Andrew enjoys an active lifestyle that includes playing pickleball and tennis, as well as mountain biking and trail running. He and his wife, Suzette, have been happily married for 18 years and are proud parents to two children, Ellana and Paxton. The family also shares their home with two beloved dogs—a French Bulldog and a Boxer.
