Client Support Specialist

Stefanie works in Client Support at NCM. She assists our clients with their system-related inquiries and issues. She believes in providing superior customer service to internal and external clients, building relationships and being a team player.

Stefanie has over 15 years’ experience in Customer Service. She has held supervisor roles at Toyota Canada and Audi Canada. She holds a degree in Business Marketing from Durham College.

In her spare time, Stefanie enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and horseback riding.
