Bettie is NCM's receptionist and manages the front office, answers all incoming calls, and meets and greets all visitors at NCM's headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri. Bettie serves as the central point of contact for all visitors to NCM and assists support staff on various projects, as needed. Bettie joined NCM in 2011 and has earned several completion certificates for online courses that she has taken throughout her time with NCM.
